Interesting thoughts on the BLT. Made me think that ultimately it is one of those food/drink items that’s deeply personal. I honestly don’t recall ever ordering one in the wild, but is in the regular rotation in the summer after the Saturday market swing. Agree completely that the B is integral, otherwise it’s just a tomato sandwich!

It completely imploded on me twice. I love that the suggested solution involved Super Glue. It took me at least three tries with no loose light blue pieces rattling around.
agree that BLT has too much tomato. 1 layer of tomato please. & 4 pieces of bacon instead of the usual 2. And I use lemon basil mayo and just skip the lettuce.

I managed to avoid the glue but there is a noticeable wobble to it every time I have to move it.
I, too, avoided using glue but it's rather precarious so I try not to move it from its perch.
