Cosmogroni (Caffe Dante)
Combining elements from two classic cocktails, the Caffe Dante’s Cosomogroni—Grey Goose L'Citron Vodka, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, Rosé, Cranberry—is currently featured on their Spring 2024 Seasonal Menu, but made its first appearance a few years ago at Dante’s now-closed Negroni Bar at the South Street Seaport. I accidentally ordered two in a row and didn’t regret my error.
