Survey Says…!
"Someone's so and so met someone else's so and so. And so on. And, it is in the humble opinion of this narrator that strange things happen all the time. And so it goes, and so it goes. And the book says, we may be through with the past, but the past ain't through with us."
—Ricky Jay as the narrator Burt Ramsey in Magnolia
In two weeks LAST CALL will be celebrating threes years of spirited dispatches on bars and bar culture, cocktails and spirits, restaurants and regional foodways, popular culture, and sometimes cats. As a sensitive writer I’ve been nervous about sharing a survey to get a more detailed take on what readers really think about LAST CALL, but there’s no time like the present. If you you’re so inclined and have the time, your answers would provide valuable feedback and help steer the course of the future of LAST CALL. And there wouldn’t be a future (or present) here without the generous support of so many paid subscribers, especially the many OGs who have been here since day one on July 11, 2022.
Although new subscribers are always welcome! In fact, I’ll throw in a signed copy of any of my books (Bitters, Amaro, Last Call, Distillery Cats) to any new subscribers or current Monthly Paid Subscribers who upgrade to a Yearly Paid Subscription by the Fourth of July (free book offer good within contiguous United States).
