Accademia Dante
Celebrate the 110th Anniversary of Caffé Dante with the Dante Legends Series and Cocktail Classes Devoted to the Martini and the Negroni
Accademia Dante
This year marks the 110th anniversary of Caffé Dante, the landmark MacDougal Street cafe that has welcomed and served generations of Greenwich Village neighbors, including writers, actors, musicians, and an ecelctic cast of regulars. When new owners Linden Pride and Nathalie Hudson took over the historic cafe in 2015, they revitalized the space, transforming it into an award-winning, world-class bar that maintains the history, heritage, and spirit of the century-plus business for the modern age while serving as a Negroni-red beacon of hospitality for the local community.
Recently an exclusive space was added next door to Caffé Dante called Accademia Dante, and throughout this milestone anniversary year will serve as the venue for number of events, including a monthly pop-up series with some of the world’s top bars and regular series of hands-on cocktail classes.
